With the topic of Body, I explore notions of the mind; leading me to the concept of Personal Identity. However, my work cannot define people or identity as a topic. I approach it as a study as well as a record of those around me. 

 

I instruct others to write things on paper, without any restrictions, themes or genres. "Write the first thing that comes to your mind." Through these spontaneous acts, I attempt to catch a trace of them. My choice of making the entirety of my work white is to keep things as raw as I possibly can, with no interference. The shadows cast are intangible forms, something that we cannot grasp and are everchanging. Just like how we as different individuals are constantly changing, according to others and our surroundings.
